Proposal/Business Development Manager – Jakarta Based
Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan and direct marketing activities within a defined area of operation to increase sales and maximize revenue and profitability.
• Formulate, recommend and implement the annual marketing plan to maximize sales.
• Develop market research methods and indicators to identify major prospects. Establish methods to determine the probability of winning each major identified project to assist in the total forward planning of the area.
• Participate in the preparation of medium term financial plans to ensure they are feasible in marketing terms, project market mix and sales value.
• Assess potential sales and marketing opportunities in the area and recommend the allocation of financial and human resources for turning these opportunities into achieved sales.
• Negotiate with selected major potential clients and provide marketing and sales support facilities to ensure they have a competitive edge when negotiating major sales and contract.
• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the BU, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development/Marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in Proposal Department managing proposals for oil & gas, mineral & metals, and chemicals.
• Engineering Degree from reputable university, Master Degree is a plus
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• Understand Indonesian market conditions, rules & regulations in the respective industries
Business Development Coordinator – Jakarta Based
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and Coordinate bids and proposals activities to ensure they are submitted in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
• Preparation of Technical Market Survey, Screening and Bid submissions for Client organizations.
• Preparation of Commercial Bid submissions for Client organizations. Following required review processes
• Preparation of Commercial Bid submission estimates for review by Management Team. This includes allowances for identified Risk
• Compliance with EMS requirements for submission of Market Survey, Screening and Bid submissions for Client organizations
• Handover of successful proposals to assigned Project Manager
• Attending meetings with Client Organizations
• Preparation of Marketing and Capability Documentation to support the general business development activities: Including Project Profiles, Experience Lists and Pamphlets.
• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the BU, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Requirements
• Must have worked in an Engineering Consultancy, handling the Chemical - Petrochemical sectors.
• Must have experience in preparing bids and proposals for FEED,Detailed Engineering and PMS projects.
• Bachelor of Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Good communication & negotiation skill

Finance Manager – Project Site Based, Duri, Riau
Roles & Responsibilities
Representing company on Joint Operation role at Project site, to manage all finance & accounting related matters and report directly to Project Manager & Global Finance Team.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 15 year experience in Finance & Accounting, 5 years in managerial level
• Experience in Oracle, Krishand, HSBC online payment system, Ms Office, Internet
• Non Specific Industry – EPC / Engineering Design experience will be advantage
• Excellent Analytical, Interpersonal, Communication & Negotiation skill
• Good commands of English both written and spoken, enjoy the challenge of a high work load, team player, have excellent communication skills, and highly organized.
