URGENTLY REQUIRED
1. SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME) – Operations and Maintenance
Responsibilities:
Working with a technical writer to develop content for operating and maintenance procedures; using your process knowledge and site-specific engineering information.
Reporting project progress to the Project Manager.
Contacting client and vendor representatives to obtain and clarify technical information; working remotely and during on-site visits.
Working within a team environment, using strong interpersonal skills while enabling seamless interaction with internal departments and client representatives.
Generating requests for information for client and vendor representatives.
Following and maintaining project standards.
Potentially leading and supporting a team of in-country technical writers.
Qualifications:
· Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
· A minimum of ten (10) years operating experience in the oil and gas industry.
· Technical writing experience and/or equivalent process industry training experience is preferred.
· Excellent English reading and writing skills are essential; additional languages considered an asset.
· Ability to comprehend P&ID’s, vendor information, and process control descriptions.
· A strong proficiency in MS Word is required.
· Must be able to relocate to Jakarta or work on a rotational basis.
· Must be able to travel and have a willingness to work on occasion in various field locations.
2. ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities
• Lead and control all Contractors’ Off-site Engineering activities during Contract period.
• Establish and maintain good alignment among engineering disciplines, 3D modeling team, project controls and document control to meet Company’s expectation during performance of Services. This shall include but not limited to: internal squad check system to ensure quality of deliverable prior to submission to Company, work completion on budget & schedule, proper engineering document & data management, etc.
• Work closely with Company during execution of Off-site Engineering Services, which shall include but not limited to: facilitating work proposal review process to achieve mutual agreement in timely manner, resolving related problems in timely manner, execution of regular lessons learned session to document best practices & improvement opportunities, etc.
• Ensure all systems, processes and procedures for execution of Off-site Engineering Services are consistently and well implemented to meet Company’s expectation during Contract period.
• Interface with relevant professional organizations to get information on “state of the art” technologies/knowledge related to the performance of Engineering Services.
• Execute continuous mentoring program from senior to junior personnel during performance of Off-site Engineering Services, including tracking of its effectiveness and documenting the results.
• Report to and assist Manager Engineering for executing Off-site Engineering Services during the Contract period.
Qualifications:
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have minimum 15 years working experience in various engineering works (including 3D modeling) for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, with minimum 10 years of which at supervisory position. Furthermore, several years of which shall cover following aspects:
• Minimum experience as Engineering Superintendent or Engineering Coordinator for EPC or ECM or EB contracts for oil & gas or petrochemical industries in the last 5 years.
• For Non-Indonesian citizens minimum 5 years working experience outside of his/her home country, in supervising a group of engineering personnel from various disciplines (e.g. process, piping, mechanical, instrument & control, electrical, civil & structural, 3D modeling, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
• Alternative for Indonesian citizens, minimum 8 years working experience with multi-national companies in Indonesia or minimum 8 years working experience in Indonesia on projects for multi-national companies with regular interface with the clients, in supervising a group of engineering personnel from various disciplines (e.g. process, piping, mechanical, instrument & control, electrical, civil & structural, 3D modeling, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
• The candidate shall have broad knowledge on various engineering aspects, such as: engineering multi-disciplines, 3D modeling implementation & software, engineering quality management, engineering execution management, internationally recognized engineering codes & standards, etc.
• The candidate shall have strong supervisory capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching and networking.
3. LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER
Responsibilites :
· Lead and supervise Contractors activities in development of deliverables in process engineering discipline during Contract period.
• Serve as SME (subject matter expert) in process engineering discipline during Contract period, including utilizing Contractors corporate internal and/or external professional networking as necessary
· Implement QA/QC plan including internal squad check process for process discipline deliverables, prior to submission to Company
· Interface with relevant professional organizations to get information on “state of the art” technologies/knowledge on process engineering discipline during performance of Engineering Services
Report to and assist Superintendent Engineering for execution of Off-site and On-site Engineering Services during the Contract period
Requirements
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have minimum 15 years working experience in process engineering discipline works for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, with 10 years of which at senior dan lead position. Furthermore, several years of which shall cover following aspects:
• Minimum experience as Lead Process Engineer for EPC or ECM or EB contracts for oil & gas or petrochemical industries in the last 5 years.
• Minimum 5 years working experience outside of his/her home country, in supervising a group of process engineering discipline personnel from various levels (e.g. senior design engineers, design engineers, 3D designers, designers, drafters, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
• Alternative for Article (b) above for Group III National only, minimum 8 years working experience with multi-national companies in Indonesia or minimum 8 years working experience in Indonesia on projects for multi-national companies with regular interface with the clients, in supervising a group of process engineering discipline personnel from various levels (e.g. senior design engineers, design engineers, designers, drafters, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
• The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on the process engineering discipline and broad knowledge on various aspects, such as: process engineering software (refer to Attachment A5), internationally recognized engineering codes & standards, etc.
• He candidate shall have extensive experience in facilitating and/or supporting HAZOPS and VIPs sessions, such as: Value Engineering, etc.
• The candidate shall have strong supervisory capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching and networking.
4. PROCESS ENGINEER
Responsibilities
• Prepare and complete development of process engineering deliverables.
• Provide technical consultation for Facility construction and commissioning, if its required by Company to support Companys related projects.
• Work closely with Companys user(s) during review sessions of deliverables.
Requirements
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent, preferably Chemical Engineering.
• The candidate shall have minimum 3 years working experience in process engineering works for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall have adequate knowledge on process engineering discipline and capable to utilize related baseline software and codes/standards.
• Able to join immediately.
5. LEAD ENGINEER CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL
Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise Contractor’s activities in development of deliverables in respective engineering discipline (e.g. piping, mechanical, instrument & control, electrical, civil & structural) during Contract period.

6. DESIGN ENGINEER (CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL )
Responsibilities
• Prepare and complete development of related discipline engineering deliverables.
• Provide technical consultation for Facility construction and commissioning, if it’s required by Company to support Company’s related projects.
• Work closely with Company’s user(s) during review sessions of deliverables.
Qualification of Personnel • Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have minimum 3 years working experience in related engineering discipline works for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall have adequate knowledge on respective engineering discipline and capable to utilize with related baseline software and codes/standards.
• Eligible for Indonesia citizen, only.
7. ELECTRICAL DESIGNER
Responsibilities
• Perform activities in the development of 3D engineering and drafting related to electrical discipline including activities planning and scheduling, at Contractor’s Off-site Engineering Office.
• Report to and assist Coordinator – 3D modeling related to execution of Off-site Engineering with 3D modeling basis.
Qualifications
• Minimum education is to possess engineering degree (S1) with minimum 5 years working experience or engineering diploma degree (D3) with minimum 8 years’ experience, both in providing project engineering services with 3D modeling basis.
• Minimum 3 years of which (with S1 degree) or 5 years of which (with D3 degree), working for project engineering with 3D modeling basis for oil and gas or petrochemical handling facilities
• The candidate shall have broad knowledge of electrical engineering discipline, and be fully conversant with 3D modeling baseline software (PDMS and Naviswork Review).

8. SENIOR DRAFTER - CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL
Responsibilities • Development of design drawings by using CADD in accordance with their function and objective as directed by Contractor’s Designer.
Qualifications
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering diploma degree (D3) with 4 years working experience or senior high school graduate (SMU) with 8 years working experience, both in design drafting by using CADD.
• Minimum 3 years of which (with D3 degree) or 6 years of which (for SMU graduate), working for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall be skilled to use CADD baseline software: Intergraph Micro station version 8i.
9. SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER INSTRUMENTATION
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and complete discipline engineering design, coordinate Contractors activities in development of related discipline engineering deliverables
• Provide technical consultation for Facility construction and commissioning, if its required by Company to support Companys related projects.
• Work closely with Companys user(s) during review sessions of deliverables.
• Provide mentoring on related engineering discipline aspects to Contractors Design Engineers to enhance their competency.
Qualifications
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in related engineering discipline works for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, with minimum 3 years of which at senior engineer position.
• The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on related engineering discipline and be proficient with related baseline software (refer to Attachment A5) and codes/standards.
• For mechanical discipline, the candidate shall have suficient experience in providing technical specification & datasheet for procurement process, both for static or rotating equipment, and familiar with all associated codes & standards, such as: API 610, API 676, ASME-VIII Division 1/2, API 650, etc.
• For piping discipline, the candidate shall have sufficient experience in implementing 3D modeling for piping design and familiar with 3D baseline software (PDMS and Naviswork Review).
• The candidate shall have high mentoring & coaching skills.
10. COST ESTIMATOR
Responsibilities
1) Perform cost estimating as part of the overall deliverable package for Customer
2) Prepare individual project Total Installed Cost (TIC) estimates at or above Class 3 (L: -10% - -20%; H: +10% - +30%) by using budgetary quotations for major equipment and by referring to historical data and/or appropriate cost benchmarks and/or professional judgment.
3) Work closely with Company and Companys contractors during performance of cost estimating & control services for Companys projects
4) Develop and maintain Contractors processes and procedures related with cost estimating & control.
5) Prepare detailed cost estimate for project execution covering all associated cost components (such as: detail engineering, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, project overheads, etc.)
Requirements
1) The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in cost estimating & control, with minimum 4 years of which are for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities
2) The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on various cost estimating & control practices and related codes & standards, including associated software.
3) The candidate shall have thorough knowledge of local productivities, customs and labor practices and applicable local labor laws to the degree these have a material impact on TIC estimate.
4) The candidate shall have high skill for facilitation & coordination, and networking

DRAFTER SENIOR
Responsibilities:
• Lead and control Contractors activities in the development of design drafting and the operation of Contractors drafting shops at Minas and Duri in Companys Area of operation
• Work closely with Company for overall execution of On-site Drafting Services, including for resources planning, prioritization and leveling.
• Develop and maintain drawing specifications, numbering and filing system.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures in Contractors drafting execution and drafting QA/QC plan, are consistently and well implemented during Contract period.
· Implement and monitor Contractors key performance indicators related to On-site Drafting Services.
· Execute continuous mentoring program from senior to junior personnel in Contractors drafting shops during the performance of Services including tracking of its effectiveness and documenting the results.
· Report to and assist Manager Engineering in executing On-site Drafting Services.
Qualifications
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) with 10 years working experience or engineering diploma degree (D3) with 15 years working experience, both in engineering design and drafting.
• Minimum 8 years of which (with S1 degree) or 12 years of which (with D3 degree), working in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall be fluent with all design codes and standards relevant to each discipline (process, mechanical & piping, electrical, instrument & control, civil & structural) which are relevant to the oil and gas industry.
• The candidate shall be proficient with CADD baseline software: Intergraph Microstation version 8i, and familiar with 3D modeling baseline software: PDMS and Naviswork Review.
