Production Manager for Cutting Tools Manufacturing in East Java

We have been retained by an Carbide Tools Manufacture in Sidoarjo, East Java. They are one of the top multinational cutting tool company with the experience more than 10 years . Our respected client is seekin Production with result oriented. They looking for :

Production Manager
Sidoarjo - Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:

Develop objectives, policies and standards of the production section,
Review production programs pack provided by planning section, establish production schedules, action plan as the assignment guidelines,
Distribute and brief work assignment to supervisors based on production process,
Control allocation and use of personnel to ensure fulfillment of production schedules at an efficient cost,
Oversee production activities and ensure volume and quality. Evaluate production progress to ensure problems are solved and corrective actions are taken promptly,
Coordinate activities with other sections to ensure smooth operations, including with QA for accomplishment of testing/inspection,
Monitor labor hours and in process materials' usage to ensure cost effectiveness and compliance,
Review and approve all requisitions for maintenance, repair of building equipment, machine parts and manufacturing supplies,
Enforce implementation of TQM policies and EHS Standard Operating Procedures,
Summarize labor hours and material costs on each job to meet accounting requirements; prepare and submit production report,
Contribute and facilitate employees' involvement in the continuous improvement activities,
Plan, direct, supervise, coach and review performance of own section's human resources.

Requirements:

Male, 30 - 40 Years Old
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Industry Engineering
3 Years experience as Production Manager
Fluently in English (both oral and written) is a must.
Possessed good communication skill, able to work as individual or team
Detail, creative, organized, good interpersonal skill.
Flexibility of working time given the achievement of targets
Prefer candidates who live around Sidoarjo, East Java
