HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Work and based location: Karimun Island
Qualifications:
· Local / Indonesian nationality
· Bachelor Degree Preferable. Psychology, Management or Law Major but open for Technical Engineering
· Have at least minimum 10 years proven HR work experiences in managerial position, preferably in EPCI industry and Fabrication Yard.
· Highly Effective Leadership, Management Skills and Demonstrated Capacity To Work In a Team Environment
· Strong Communication, Negotiation, Liaison and Representation Skills
· Human Resources Management Skills and Capabilities : Organization Management, Recruitment, Placement & Termination Staff, Learning and Development, Training, Career Management, Compensation & Benefit Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Define Budget Target Preparation
· Good level knowledge on legal employment law - Indonesia Manpower regulation
· Age preference 37 – 45 yrs old
· Expatriate management experience is preferable
· Highly presentable
· Male is more preferable
· Good personality with high level of maturity
· Willingness to work at Karimun Yard
