As part of our business expansion in Indonesia, we are seeking highly qualified professionals to fill in position below:

Sr. Pipeline Engineer
Requirements:

• Shall have a minimum of 4 years experience and above as Senior Pipeline Engineer in Oil and gas Industry for Offshore and Onshore projects.
• Shall have a n Engineering Degree (or recognized equivalent)
• Should be familiar with International Codes and Standards and common industry practices for design of subsea pipelines, risers and associated facilities.
• Should have working experience in various pipeline engineering design activities, including:
o Pipeline and riser mechanical design such as thickness, stability, expansion, spanning, collapse, etc.
o Pipeline, riser and spool stress analysis

• Have a working knowledge of offshore construction and equipment
• Shall have experience in preparation of MTO s, Cost Estimates, schedules, material and equipment specifications and data sheets.
• Shall be Computer literate, i.e. shall be able to work on MS Office or equivalent. Experience in the use of AutoPIPE software is preferred. Experience in the use of industry standard software packages would also be an advantage.
• Shall possess good communication skills in English language. Previous experience as a Team Leader and Good Team Player, and the ability to work with minimum supervision would be an added advantange

Sr. Offshore Structural Engineer
Requirements:

• Shall have an Engineering degree from a recognized university with good GPA.
• Shall have minimum 5-9 years as Senior Structural Engineer in Structural analysis and design in Oil and Gas industry for offshore platforms.
• Experienced using SACS software for design of offshore structures
• Should possess good communication skills in English language

Offshore Structural Designer
Requirements:

• Should possess a minimum Engineering Certificate in Civil/Structural from a recognized Technical High School.
• Should have minimum 7 years relevant working experience in an engineering organization of oil and gas industry for Offshore projects.
• Should have relevant working experience in the drafting and basic designing of offshore jacket and topsides.
• Should be conversant with structural engineering drafting software e.g. Autocad, PDMS, Bocad, etc.
• Should be familiar with International Codes and Standards (API, AISC, etc.).
• Should be computer literate, i.e. able to use MS Office.
• Should possess good written and communication skills in English language.
• Should be able to work effectively in team, maintain good quality of work, and possess good analytical skills in problem solving.

Lead Instrument Engineer (Jakarta & Balikpapan)
Requirements:

• Shall have minimum 5-9 years experience and above as Senior Instrument Engineer in Oil and Gas Industry for Offshore and Onshore projects.
• Shall have an Engineering degree from a recognized university with good GPA.
• Shall be familiar with International Codes and Standards.
• Shall be Computer literate, e.g. be able to work on MS Office
• Shall possess good communication skills in English language.
• Shall have good proven working experience including but not limited to the following:
* Preparation of datasheets for field instruments
* Preparation of specification for systems such as DCS, ESD, F&G, Wellhead control panel, etc,
* Review of layouts and other design engineering documents and drawings.

• Has knowledge and familiar working with Smart plant instrumentations software would be an added advantage.

Sr. Instrument Engineer (Balikpapan Office)
Job Summary:

Provide technical and project execution services; responsibility of performing Instrumentation & Control Engineering.

Reporting Lines and Interactions:

• Hierarchically reports to: Department Manager
• Operationally reports to: Project Discipline Lead Engineer
• Key interactions: Project Engineer, Discipline Lead Engineer, Discipline Engineer, possibly client

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree or higher in Industrial, Instruments / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum four (4) years experience in instrument engineering design in the Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemical and related industries.
• Self motivated, good attitude and willing to take responsibility
• Conversant with International Codes and Standards and Engineering Practices used in the industry – API, ASME & ISA etc.
• Good engineering knowledge of DCS, ESD, process Instrumentation, custody metering analyzer and functional safety in process plants.
• Experience with Intools/ Smart Plant Instrument is an advantage.

Main Accountabilities:

Main Scopes of Engineering Deliverables Performed Include:

• Perform technical tasks assigned by Lead/Senior engineer on feasibility, conceptual, basic engineering, FEED, detailed design and EPC/ EPCM projects.
• Ensure the technical quality and accuracy of the work produced and the assigned tasks are completed on time.
• Liaise with other departments, clients, vendors, subcontractors and third parties as per Lead Engineer s instruction.
• Participate in inter-disciplines, project, client and vendor meetings when requested by the Lead Engineer.
• Prepare data sheets, specifications & requisition for all field Instrumentation, Control valves, Analyzers, On-off valves, Safety relief valves, DCS, ESD and FGS system and perform vendor offer review & technical bid evaluation, carryout vendor drawings/documents review and vendor data incorporation for the above instrument.
• Perform calculations for control valves, safety relieve valves, flow elements, restriction orifice; thermowell wake frequency and selection of the suitable valve.
• Perform Smart Plant Instrumentation software for Instrumentation
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan Office

Instrument Designer / Draftsman (Balikpapan Office)
Job Purpose:

To deliver the required Instrument design work as required by Project and Lead Engineer

Reporting Lines and Interactions:

Hierarchically reports to: Lead Instrument Engineer
Operationally reports to: Engineer / Senior Designer / Lead Engineer
Directly supervises: Fresh Graduates or Junior Draftsman

Main Accountabilities:

• Assist senior/Lead designer in design activities
• Check and Ensure the documents prepared are in good quality
• Review and check deliverables for completeness and correctness

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Technical Field
• At least 5 years experience in oil and gas industry with similar capacity
• Familiar with AUTOCAD
• Able to operate 3D software to display location/orientation detail
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan Office

Project Secretary (Balikpapan)
Requirements:

• Female
• Min. Diploma degree
• 1 – 3 year experience as a secretary/Administration
• Mature, responsible and proactive
• Computer literate, esp. Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)
• Should be able to communicate in English language
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan (site) for contract basis

Senior Project Engineer
Job Specification:

Report to: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote HSE and QA Objectives
• Deputies for the Project manager
• Ensure full compliance with the corporate procedures for project management and operations
• Oversee the key project operational activities of planning, budgeting, reporting and document control across a port folio of brown-field revamp engineering design projects
• Ensure technical coordination between the engineering discipline and with the Client
• Coordinate and minute project meetings
• Prepare and Administer project specific procedures
• Expedite the preparation of engineering deliverables
• Expedite the client in documentation review cycles and response to technical queries and action items
• Coordinate between Balikpapan Branch Office and Jakarta Head Office
• Assist with contract management
• Assist with business development and tendering
• Assist with the smooth operation of the project office

Required Skills:

• Tertiary Graduate in Process, Mechanical, Structural or Electrical Engineering, Post graduate degree would be advantageous
• Conversant with PMBOK, Membership of a professional association would be advantageous
• Computer Literate in MS Office Applications (at Power User Level), Be fully conversant with advance use of at least one planning software such as MS Project (preferred) or Primavera P3, Database management and applications, AutoCAD – familiar with the basics

• At least some experience in the field construction, commissioning, procurement activities and contract management
• Experience in operations or maintenance may be considered
• Prepared to relocate to Balikpapan for minimum of one year

QA/HSE Corporate Manager
Job Requirements:

1. Minimum S1 in any discipline
2. Has 7 years experience corporate QA/HSE Manager
3. Extensive knowledge of QA/HSE management system, rules and regulation with regard to HSE, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
4. Familiar with QA/HSE requirements of Oil & Gas industries as well as onshore fabrication and Offshore platforms working procedures
5. Extensive experience in handling internal auditing, documenting system s manual and procedures, safety Induction, incident investigation and monthly reporting of statistics and HSE analysis
6. Proactive and creative with good command of English and excellent communication and writing skills

Should be able in design of steel structures like piperack, tech structure, shelters, design of RCC structures, structure foundations and equipment foundation, in General Civil design including various plant drainage systems, paving, roads, cable trench etc, in design of Dynamic Equipment foundations & Blast Resistant Buildings
5. Should be able to co-ordinate within the discipline and other disciplines.
6. Should be a fast learner and a team worker.
